Our specialties include Disability support, community nursing, support coordination, and Speech therapy.

 

Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Disability Support Worker located in Melbourne, VIC. The Disability Support Worker will support individuals living with disability and work with them to enhance their daily lives. This is a challenging and a very rewarding role that requires high levels of empathy, patience, and communication skills. The Disability Support Worker will provide both physical and emotional assistance to participants when needed, assist in daily activities, and work collaboratively with team members to provide the necessary support.

 

Qualifications

 


Certificate III or IV in Disability, or a related field, is desirable
Experience in disability or aged care, or equivalent community services exposure
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays is key
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team, being highly motivated and reliable
Must have full working rights in Australia
