What you get to do in this role:

• Main point of contact for all WPS issues/requests from employees, visitors and landlord.
  
• Act as Landlord liaison dealing with the any issues and attending tenant meetings on behalf of ServiceNow. Providing comments to the landlord and passing information back to the WPS Manager.
  
• Management of contracted vendors ensuring they are maintaining there SLA’s and KPIs.
  
• Ensure cleaning contractors maintain office cleanliness; maintain kitchens, conference rooms and common area office space.
  
• Responsible for WPS requests via ticketing system and achieving stated SLA’s for closing tickets.
  
• Support in WPS projects with WPS Manager for example roll out of initiatives within the office.
  
• Manage finance systems, raising PO’s and maintaining the spend management dashboard and creating and owning the office budget.
  
• Oversee the ordering, stock taking and maintain food/beverage/office supplies. Ensuring that the office administrator or ambassador is maintaining a constant stock to maintain a consistent employee experience.
  
• Ensuring that the WPS policies in Health & Safety, office guidelines and security are maintained and updated as required.
  
• Execute the on and off boarding of employees and make sure the seating plan is always updated.
  
• You will be required to ensure that all areas of the office are always well maintained and presentable.
  
• Providing added support to the ambassador or administrators for meeting room set ups and internal/external training sessions.
• Additional requirements will include handling internal tickets for maintenance and other office repairs
  such as A/C failures.
  
• Meet with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and expectation set. To work with the WPS Manager to pass any feedback
  
• Manage community events in coordination with the ambassadors or administrators to create a culture within the office.

The Purpose:

This position will play a key role in modernising, securing, and shaping the future of our infrastructure and ensuring it continues to meet the business needs.

They will work and collaborate closely with the engineers within the team and other business units within the division. The role also includes responsibilities to assist with conducting technical reviews for new and ongoing tactical and strategic initiatives.

Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities:

• First responder to cloud-related availability, security incidents and service requests.
• Automate and maintain operations in cloud-based environments using IaaC.
• Run and uplift CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain operations and how-to documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on the enhancement and uplift of new features.
• Evolve the platform in-line with developments and changes to cloud-based capabilities and services.
• Identify technology improvement and transformation opportunities to enhance customer service, reduce operating costs, and maximise the speed of implementation.
• Liaise with security team members to ensure the platform is secure.
• Addressing identified security vulnerabilities in a proactive and timely manner.
  

We'd love to hear from you if have:

• Broad IT technical skills with at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in supporting a major Cloud provider such as AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure
• Experience in Cloud networking such as VPC, NACL, Security Group, Firewalls, LBs.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, PHP, Typescript.
• Experience in observability for infrastructure, applications, and cloud services with tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, PagerDuty, etc.
• Demonstratable experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Code frameworks and automation such as Terraform, AWS CDK, Cloud Formation, Ansible.
• Demonstratable experience with source-code repositories and CI/CD pipelines such as Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket, etc.
• Experience with industry compliance frameworks and participation in security audits – PCI, ISO, TDIF

We are in search of an experienced professional dedicated to developing strategic relationships with clinical research sites, with the aim of optimizing and advancing the progress of clinical trials.

General Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and refine internal site databases in cooperation with Study Startup, Clinical Operations and Process Improvement
• Participate in the development of improvement strategies for the site identification process, implementation thereof, as well as related training activities

Project Responsibilities:

• Define the main study objectives and the optimal site profile
• Create initial list of potential sites
• Communicate with project teams on project/ regional level to fine-tune strategy and methodology of initial and follow-up site contacts depending on indication, regional specifics, and technologies in use
• In cooperation with the project team, maintain a study site identification tracker for further site evaluation and selection activities
• Liaise with project teams to evaluate status and progress of site identification, to identify and highlight any potential risks or issues to timelines or objectives
• In cooperation with Legal, perform due diligence check of regulatory and legal limitations applicable to the recommended investigators or clinical sites
• Support the project team throughout study startup and further on, whenever additional rounds of site identification are necessary, and/or additional information on the site/investigator is needed
