What you get to do in this role:
- Main point of contact for all WPS issues/requests from employees, visitors and landlord.
- Act as Landlord liaison dealing with the any issues and attending tenant meetings on behalf of ServiceNow. Providing comments to the landlord and passing information back to the WPS Manager.
- Management of contracted vendors ensuring they are maintaining there SLA’s and KPIs.
- Ensure cleaning contractors maintain office cleanliness; maintain kitchens, conference rooms and common area office space.
- Responsible for WPS requests via ticketing system and achieving stated SLA’s for closing tickets.
- Support in WPS projects with WPS Manager for example roll out of initiatives within the office.
- Manage finance systems, raising PO’s and maintaining the spend management dashboard and creating and owning the office budget.
- Oversee the ordering, stock taking and maintain food/beverage/office supplies. Ensuring that the office administrator or ambassador is maintaining a constant stock to maintain a consistent employee experience.
- Ensuring that the WPS policies in Health & Safety, office guidelines and security are maintained and updated as required.
- Execute the on and off boarding of employees and make sure the seating plan is always updated.
- You will be required to ensure that all areas of the office are always well maintained and presentable.
- Providing added support to the ambassador or administrators for meeting room set ups and internal/external training sessions.
- Additional requirements will include handling internal tickets for maintenance and other office repairs
such as A/C failures. - Meet with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and expectation set. To work with the WPS Manager to pass any feedback
- Manage community events in coordination with the ambassadors or administrators to create a culture within the office.
- Possesses strong written and face to face communication skills
- Previous management experience is desired
