THE ROLE:
Due to ever growing operations throughout Victoria, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a result driven Site Manager with a passion for medium-density projects and building quality homes, on time and on budget.
You will be responsible for:
Overall management of the site, coordination of the staging plan, working with the Project Manager to ensure the job is delivered on time and in budget
Managing the call up of trades and suppliers to ensure the job progresses as per program.
Supervise trades on site, ensuring the building process / program is followed and OH&S, quality and regulatory guidelines are met.
