As a Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be responsible leading a team of end user services engineers within the IT Outsourcing group to ensure best practice support methodology is practiced, technical experience leveraged and customer outcomes are delivered driving high levels of customer satisfaction. THE ROLE

Exciting career opportunity for a technically strong Level 1 / Level 1.5 Service Desk Engineer looking to take the next step in their career as a IT Technical Support Lead to train and develop our growing team. To be successful in this role you will be someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to our customers whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of our high-performing L1 Support Team. You will be an autonomous operator who takes pride in delighting our customers with your quality service, but who also inspires and can lead a team by example to a shared goal. 3. Technical Leadership

About the role

As a Desktop Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users and resolving incoming queries and issues. You will be critical in managing any service requests related to computer systems, software or hardware.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware;

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short and long-term
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content
• Oversee social media strategy to enhance The Missing Link's brand presence and engage with the target audience
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful messaging
• Use analytics to track content performance and user engagement, leveraging insights to optimize future content
• Ensure all content is optimised for search engines, increasing visibility and driving organic traffic
• Maintain and evolve The Missing Link's brand voice and messaging consistency across all content outputs

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio of work
• Experience with SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing sales materials, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system, tracking shipments, and providing updates to retailers
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
