Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this varied role, you will be accountable for the growth of our Home Improvement portfolio and assisting customer with a wide range of products from Car Ports and Patios to meet their needs, you will also assist our Account Managers and other team members with sales activities, providing product quotes, and partnering closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations ensuring a lasting relationship.

What Will You Do?

Being the face of BlueScope for our customers, you will be:

• working with sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, and delivery timetable
• liaising with customers relating to process enquiries, orders, price variances and queries
• responding to all enquiries and redirecting to other members of the team where required
• developing strong relationships with customers and demonstrating product knowledge
• build rapport, trust, and deliver a first-class experience to new and existing strategic customers

Work alongside our APAC Customer Retention team and gain exposure to internal operations within a global software technology company. You will assist the team in Adelaide and can expect to perform the following tasks:

• Read and assign tickets to the appropriate retention specialist, based on the market (country/ language spoken) and status of their license
• Create opportunities from tickets and assign them to the correct retention specialists
• Send first touch emails to customers to collect initial details before assigning the case to a retention specialist
• Work within our ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to amend prices on licenses for renewal
• Ad hoc administrative tasks to assist the team as required
