Initiate and maintain proactive communication with clients via phone and email to identify sales opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
Tailor product solutions to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, overseeing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
Provide comprehensive product information, pricing details, and ongoing support to clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute initiatives aimed at achieving sales targets and exceeding goals.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
About you
Proven success in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment, showcasing exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales initiatives, demonstrating initiative and drive.
Knowledge of consumable products or related industries is advantageous.
Must be located within a reasonable commute to East Brisbane.
