Manage and optimise the company website and landing pages to improve search engine visibility, user experience, and conversion rates. Create engaging and relevant content for the website, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns, while coordinating copywriting and artwork with outsourced media companies to ensure consistency and quality. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, and apply those insights to drive success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that marketing aligns with overall business objectives. Provide guidance on key marketing elements, including optimal product offerings, pricing models, promotional activities, and distribution strategies, ensuring a well-rounded approach to market growth. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support our digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential threats. Qualification & Experience A Bachelor’s degree or above. Additional marketing courses and training are highly regarded. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a good grasp of SEO, SEM, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. Comfortable with market research and data analysis—knowing what works and how to fix what doesn’t. Experience creating and managing content across digital and traditional platforms. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel A creative thinker who’s proactive, loves problem-solving, and can juggle multiple projects. Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage. Proven cross-cultural skills. Bilingual proficiency is highly regarded.
