Position Overview:
Setex Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance our brand presence, attract new clients, and support business growth. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and analyzing market trends to optimize our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support business growth.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate and engaging.
Develop and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and advertising agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets.
Assist in organizing and promoting company events and trade shows.
Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services and maintaining loyalty.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the construction, trades, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive client relationships.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
