We have an exciting opening for a Payroll Specialist to join our team at MS Queensland. This dynamic, full-time permanent position involves taking full responsibility for accurately managing the end-to-end payroll and salary packaging every fortnight.
As the subject matter expert, with a high attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy, the Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for developing protocols and investigating critical issues. You will be working collaboratively with other members across functions and proactively support our managers and leaders with addressing all payroll related queries.
Reporting to the People, Learning and Culture Manager, you will:
Ensure all protocols are undertaken to ensure payroll accuracy each fortnight
Process payroll reports and reconciliations as requested including statutory reporting
Process any changes to pay rates or award increases, maintain employee records and any additional records
Reporting obligations for Work Cover, Q- Leave
