We are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Specialist HME who will be responsible for Standardisation and Optimisation of Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Maintenance Practices, Maintenance Strategies, Engineering Standards and the overall performance of HME assets across the Boral business. Reporting to the HME Lead, this role is aimed at advancing Asset Management financial effectiveness and enabling Boral to achieve Safe, Compliant, Reliable and Optimised Assets (SCROA).
This newly created 18 month fixed term role is based in Melbourne. Some travel will be required to site locations in order to engage with operational stakeholders and drive efficiencies and improvements.
Your day will involve:
Working alongside your peers to assist in the delivery of the National HME Rebuild Program
Reviewing asset utilisation and performance (e.g. hours, use, availability) to identify assets underutilised to support outcomes such as re-deployment, sale or working with
