• Leverage existing Success Plays to assist customers, but also assist new Success Plays
• Work with customers to create new use case/success stories
• Ensure that customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and use their licenses
• Guide other ServiceNow teams to address customer issues
• Oversee projects identified by leaders
• Ensure any escalated clients are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem

This is a unique opportunity to join TAL as a Consulting Manager. As a member of our People and Culture team, you be lead a team of People and Culture Consultants, develop strategies and practices while maximising operational excellence, process and system improvements.

With your strong employment relations and leadership experience you will oversee the management of employment relation cases, providing guidance and direction to the People and Culture Consultants, with a strong focus on improving the overall people experience and uplifting leader capability.

In this role you will: 

• Develop and deliver the tier 2 strategy and operational planning and execution with a focus on driving improvement and leading change.
• Ensure the effective allocation of consulting work, cyclical tasks and project work for the People and Culture Consultants, ensuring balanced share of workload and variety of work.
• Develop and execute ongoing technical and professional development to the People and Culture Consultants to ensure opportunity for growth and succession planning.
• Provide complex policy interpretation and advice on employment related legislation to the wider business and People and Culture Service Desk.
• Provide people advisory support and consultancy to People Leaders around human resource ‘lifecycle’ activities (e.g performance management, retention, promotion, job design, employee development, pay and benefits, resourcing, workers compensation etc).
• Support People Leaders in the design and delivery of return to work plans for returning employees including the delivery of appropriate documentation to WHS Manager and any other required external bodies.
• Manage the delivery of team projects and oversight of consulting resourcing and work allocation across projects and case management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of cases including reporting on insights, trends and providing recommendations.
• Take ownership of the People and Culture Case Management portal (ServiceNow) with a focus on enhancements and data quality.

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
