Responsibilities
- Develop, review and negotiate variations of official translation projects, with projects at Ethnolink being a unique, temporary, multidisciplinary effort, organized and designed to deliver agreed results and requirements, and within predefined restrictions between the company and the client, involving several professionals of the organization to achieve it.
- Respond to queries and resolve problems related to projects, services provided and people affected in our official translation services.
- Manage the paperwork associated with projects and services provided in terms of official translation.
- You work with other professionals to ensure that project objectives are met,
- Advise senior management on matters that require attention and implement their decisions to meet the objectives of official translation projects.
- Supervise the work of collaborators and report on variations in work orders
- Prepare and review presentations and reports on the organization's activities and project progress
- Collect and analyze data associated with the projects undertaken and report on the results of the official translation project.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator/Manager role.
• Tertiary qualification in Translation and/or Interpreting.
• Strong people skills and other interpersonal skills.
• An understanding, appreciation and passion for cultural diversity.
• An ability to learn and grow quickly.
• An attention to detail.
• Ideally, the ability to speak a language other than English.
• Ideally, the ability to translate from at least one language into another.

Salary: AUD 72,000+Super
