Your Opportunity:
Philips challenges you to use your exceptional Product Marketing Manager skills as well as your experience within Medical Devices/ Life sciences or Pharmacology to join our Philips team managing the Emergency Care portfolio.
You will be focused on localizing and developing the product strategy including product planning aligned with the long-term product roadmap. This role is not always to define new products; however, you will be motivated by the introduction of improved version of an existing product to drive long term customer engagement throughout the life cycle of our products and solutions.
As the Product Marketing Manager for Emergency Care, you will play a pivotal role in the overall growth of our business, working with new and existing customers across Australia & New Zealand and will thrive with the opportunity to drive brand positioning, growth and customer advocacy.
You are responsible for
Analyzing the market, competition, technology and developments, in order to find new business opportunities with new product-market combinations aligned to the business strategy.
Development and execution of the portfolio strategy for Emergency Care.
Guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product, in order to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time for the defined market segment.
Prepare and plan, together with the sales channels, the market introduction of the new products, including promotion material and product information, in order to generate the largest impact in the market.
To follow the business during the lifecycle of the product and to take corrective actions when needed, in order to generate the maximum profit contribution during the whole life cycle.
Work with sales specialists and account managers where required to increase customer engagement and promote Philips patient monitoring.
Conference and trade show management, in combination with the central marketing team
What you can expect:
You will directly report to the Modality and Clinical Sales Manager and work closely with a team of passionate and enthusiastic Accounts Managers and Application Specialists and Channel Partners all playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our business.
More broadly, you will be working as part of the Philips team and have daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders across the business, allowing you to continue exercising your expertise whilst taking your customer focus and relationship building skills to the next level.
You’re the right if:
Ideally a minimum of 3 -5 years marketing experience in the medical device industry (B2B and B2C)/ Life sciences or Pharmacology with a proven track record in improving brand and sales performance.
Exceptional presentation and training skills
Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results.
Degree qualified with strong clinical background (Cardiology experience desirable)
