• Strong networking & relationship-building across the client Leadership team, multi-functional sales team, field teams and internal business partners across CPM, to ensure that joint sales and execution ambition is fulfilled. 
• Using field and data insight to support key client teams with recommendations to aid complex negotiations and joint business plan discussions. 
• Proactively work across divisions and accounts to collaborate with the various stakeholders, proactively seeking out and sharing best practice with others. 
• To assist when required and use your expertise and experience with new business pitches, helping to create pitch documents and tender responses for both existing and new clients.  

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Strong customer sales experience, within an FMCG environment – Grocery / Off Trade experience is essential having previously been operational at a National Account Manager/ Controller level before 
• An ability to build relationships with customers, supported by proven negotiations skills. 
• Experienced in engaging cross functionally with Senior Leaders with a previous responsibility for the deployment and management of substantial financial budgets. 
• Highly numerical with experience in development of key client/ customer propositions and you will have a comprehensive understanding and previous delivery of key commercial measures. 
• Able to structure and present compelling commercial propositions with your excellent verbal communication and organisational skills.
