SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Fleet Optimisation Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis.

The role offers the flexibility to work from home and across our Sydney CBD and/or Olympic Park offices as agreed and required for the role. This role can also be based remotely at any of our offices.

The Fleet Optimisation Manager is responsible for the management of the SIXT Australia fleet to deliver and exceed set business targets. This role contributes to the optimum utilisation of the fleet and assists key stakeholders in identifying opportunities to vary fleet mix and numbers to meet business requirements. The Fleet Optimisation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the fleet’s operational readiness, cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Making fleet recommendations to stakeholders based on apparent trends with regard to utilisation and pricing  
• Monitoring and controlling floating fleet issues; repatriation of fleet back to site locations where necessary to maximise utilisation  
• Assisting with the acquisition of fleet and disposal of fleet in line with the national fleet plan  
• Driving rental days and utilization of vehicles through forward planning & repair monitoring  
• Identifying and implementing growth strategies to drive business performance
• Conducting analysis and reports to ensure business targets are being met and outlined

The Senior Manager NTSU (National Technical Support Unit) is accountable for the delivery of the NTSU strategy, in line with the Charter and responsible for leading the National Training Group on behalf of the Roadside Assistance Strategic Operations (RASO) Group. RASO is a group of all the national motoring clubs around Australia eg. RACV, NRMA, RACQ, RAA.  

The position reports into the NRMA and demands a high level of strategic, commercial and people leadership skills, as well as influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement through research and development programs.  

Within this context, the Senior Manager NTSU will manage a team of three, foster strong relationship across market leading vehicle OEM’s and other key bodies across the Automotive Industry, with a mandate to ensure that Roadside Patrols and Towing have access to the latest technical information.

What you’ll do

The Regional Manager is accountable for the management and oversight of service providers within the Country Network that consists of contracted and subcontracted entities, the network functions 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

We currently have a great 12-month maximum term contract (parental leave cover) opportunity for an experienced Content Strategy and Campaign Manager.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content, you will develop and manage the NRMA Membership team content strategies and campaigns to deliver a best-in-class content experience across web, app, print and social that is customer-centric while bringing to life the story of the NRMA that inspires members to journey more and engage with our program.

• Develop, implement and embed NRMA membership’s content strategies alongside NRMA membership’s Content and Brand leadership

What You'll Do

We currently have a 12-month maximum term parental leave contract opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Partner that will see you provide first line support to our people and people leaders in the NRMA’s Roadside business, SIXT Australia, NRMA Parks & Resorts and Marine including providing expert advice and guidance across a diverse range of employment relations issues.

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, this role will require human-centred thinking and the ability to comfortably go between general IR advice on policy and entitlements through to complex investigations and case management.

This role offers hybrid work arrangements from our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with the flexibility to work from home as agreed and required.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing timely advice in response to people and people leader queries in relation to policy and people leader support including providing options and recommendations balancing commercial needs with best practice
• Provide guidance and support to key stakeholders on complex employee relation issues including employee & industrial relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Effectively manage workplace grievances, conducting workplace investigations as required, while ensuring a fair and consistent process
• Advocacy experience in the Fair Work Commission
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to empower leaders in the areas of performance improvement, providing and facilitating effective employee feedback
• Collaborative with HR business partners, IR team and senior management to develop and implement HR/IR policies, procedures and initiatives
• Prepare and present thorough reports for senior stakeholders.
• Provide support on EA negotiations with contributions to bargaining meetings, documentation and approval process.
• Provide due diligence support on M&A targets and undertake transfer activities upon completed deals
• Work with Safety and Wellbeing to identify issues and seek their expertise to resolve
• Contribute to the development of P&C strategic initiatives and projects to solve people problems and improve the overall employee experience.

What You'll Bring

• Formal qualifications in IR/HR or law-related field
• 5+ years’ demonstrated experience in a similar role managing employment matters including disciplinary action, restructures and performance management
• Demonstrated deep understanding and working knowledge of the Modern Award system, National Employment Standards and other related legislation.

We are currently seeking a Product Manager - Roadside Assistance who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product propositions for the B2B or consumer segments.

You will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our product offerings, including packaging and pricing, in line with our objectives and underpinned by customer and market insight. A key aspect of the role is to drive the development of our roadside proposition and other mobility services, through a customer centred design test and learn approach, and developing the go to market strategy including pricing and acquisition of the proposition.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Overall, driving product, pricing and proposition decision-making for NRMA roadside for the B2B or consumer segments
• Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to evaluate the success and impact of product propositions

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the NRMA’s Brand and Marketing team on a 12 month parental leave maximum term contract. This role is responsible for performance media lead generation for all NRMA Roadside & Membership products in collaboration with key marketing, digital and product teams and managing performance marketing campaigns and reporting with the media agency.

This role will also provide a high level of support and consulting to the digital and marketing teams across the NRMA group of companies to assist with developing excellence in customer journeys, online customer experience, and to lead and build culture and processes that enable a customer first mindset and data led decision making to achieve business objectives.

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Contribute to develop and maintain Performance Marketing strategies for all product areas including the development of annual plans that define budgets, strategies and KPIs
• Manage a performance media budget
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders within the wider marketing group and more broadly across the business including providing support on strategy and budget
• Develop consistent test and learn frameworks encompassing targeting, ad copy, ad design and landing page variations
• Manage media agencies to develop & implement SEM campaigns

• Work with the digital team to ensure that site tracking is in place to optimize campaign traffic conversion and ROI measurement of all campaign activity
• Manage financial budgets alongside forecast trackers, internal finance team, media planning team and media agency as well as managing aged debt for both performance and all internal teams
• Manage the media agencies planning team regarding MBAs & invoicing
• Provide monthly updates and reviews to internal stakeholders including the GM of Marketing.

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary level qualifications (eg bachelor degree) in a relevant discipline (desirable)
• Background in agency or client-side with experience in motoring, travel and tourism industries (desirable)
• 5+ years’ experience in similar digital marketing and/or media roles
• Track record in development and implementation of performance strategies that have had a demonstrable impact on commercial outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of publishers and media vendors, including latest ad tech solutions
• Significant experience with performance media and campaign performance metrics with a focus on revenue outcomes
• Advanced use of Google Analytics for analysis and reporting.

We currently have a 12-month maximum term contract opportunity for an experienced Iteration Manager Business Analyst (IMBA) to join our Technology team to facilitate, coordinate and deliver programs including delivering on business case objectives, business analysis, team velocity, project communication & reporting and change management. This role will work closely with all business stakeholders and report to the Technology Delivery Domain and will cover some day to day Operations support and escalation for Motoring systems.

About You

• Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of demonstrated Business Analysis experience in successfully delivering Software Applications and associated Business Process changes
• Demonstrated solid understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond the technical/technology aspects
• Demonstrated IM & Business Analyst Skills and practices in an Agile and Waterfall environment
• Highly effective vendor management and facilitation skills with experience working with offshore teams

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager – Motoring, to join our team on a fixed term Contract. 

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing solutions within the NRMA’s Roadside & Motoring portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the annual marketing plan to increase demand and lead generation for NRMA Batteries and other motoring & roadside products as required (including membership upsell) and driving value and prioritising effective campaign execution. 

In this role you will: 

• Develop and oversee the end-to end marketing campaigns across all relevant media channels for batteries and other roadside/motoring products  
• Build in effective communications strategies that enhances the NRMA brand in the market and exceeds acquisition targets whilst lowering the cost to acquire 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and test compelling product propositions, offers and channel mix as part of product proposition 
• Work effectively to achieve acquisition & retention targets 
• Develop marketing metrics for best practice and campaign optimisation 
• Develop briefs and management of campaigns to our associated media and creative agencies 
• Manage the product portfolio communications platform across media, communications and creative. 
• Work closely with the Digital and Content teams to implement marketing plans to drive leads into the funnel 
• Using data analytics and test and learn methodologies across media and owned channels to help direct future campaigns
