Reporting into the Head of Marketing - Leafio, the Brand Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the brand strategy for our Leafio channel.
With a background in pharmaceutical marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and delivery of marketing initiatives with a direct impact on growth.
The role requires someone with exceptional project management skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
Key areas of responsibility include acquisition and retention campaigns, clinical education, brand development, product launches, event management and consistently measuring impact.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
Develop and implement strategic brand plans that positions Leafio as a best-in-class, trusted leader in pharmaceutical wholesaling. Aligning with business goals and enhancing market position.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use insights to inform brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
Develop, maintain and enforce brand guidelines to preserve brand integrity.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
Identify growth opportunities for Leafio.
Crafting clear and compelling brand messaging and unique value proposition to ensure competitiveness in-market.
Work closely with category, commercial, sales, and creative teams to integrate brand messaging into all aspects of Leafio marketing and communications.
Responsible for communicating our brand's unique value proposition, acting as the brand champion, overseeing its successful application both within and outside the organisation.
Campaign Management:
End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, webinar, podcast and events, targeting a pharmacy audience.
Brief external agencies where required.
Project Management:
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Adhere to project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Escalate any potential roadblocks or challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project stakeholders, ensuring they are well informed of project status and updates.
Marketing Collateral Creation:
Work with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials including eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, digital assets, merchandise, and conference tradeshow booths.
Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all communications and collateral across the Leafio channel.
Content Creation:
Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, collaborating with internal & external experts to create compelling content that showcases Leafio’s expertise.
Work with internal training team & SAGED platform to optimise content targeted at Pharmacies and drive value to Leafio’s offering.
Develop and maintain all pharmacy marketing and educational tools and documents.
Brief content writers and ensure content delivered is aligned to brand tone of voice and resonates with the audience.
Product Strategy:
Work with the Category team to understand their supplier strategy/ other product brands and align on activities to meet their KPI’s and overall business goals.
Ensure supplier product assets meet Leafio branded guidelines.
Increase margin share of Montu products across our customers by implementing activities that drive awareness, education and sales.
Event Management:
Identify event opportunities and project manage events with the Marketing Coordinator.
Provide brand support for all events.
Measure success of brand/product related events.
Reporting & Regulations:
Analyse campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise brand strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Adhere to TGA regulations regarding the responsible marketing of medicines.
