• Promote and drive sales to maximise sales opportunities of Bosch Automotive parts, equipment, and workshop services to 1st trade level via personal representation at Bosch distributors and branches, both trade and retail based on a regular call cycle.
• Representing a range of high-quality automotive parts and services, you will be responsible for managing the VIC/TAS region (Metro & Regional) and effectively “on-the-road” for 80% of your work time.
• Visiting head offices and branches of clients to bring awareness of products and drive sales
• Supporting national key account activities to ensure your sales objectives are met
• Providing detailed sales reports in line with your strategy and goals
• Learning and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the parts and service aspects of the business, so that your customers come to view you as an expert
• Developing and implementing business development and account management strategies to ensure your sales objectives are met
• Attending and participating in various trade shows as required with overnight stays.

Bosch Australia’s Chassis Systems Control team is responsible for the development of hardware and software systems that improve vehicle safety and agility for our mostly automotive customers. Our customer base is global having engineered projects and solutions for Europe, North America, China, Japan, Malaysia and Korea.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a V & V - Test and Lab Manager.  This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton and may involve occasional domestic and international travel.

Position responsibilities will include:

• Management of the Software Engineering Test Team, including, increased skill development to meet future business needs.
• Management of the embedded software engineering test resources within the lab, including test room and equipment, ensuring functionality data security compliance and processes.
• Identifying growth opportunities for test activities and driving project success for our broader division.
• Driving customer project deliverables, meeting both Bosch and customer requirements.
