We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Stores Coordinator. The is a permanent, full-time opportunity at our Clayton office and will involve driving company work vehicles to collect / drop materials to/from suppliers. The working hours for this opportunity are 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Position responsibilities will include:
- Unpacking and checking off goods received against delivery documentation
- Establishing and managing storage locations for projects
- Performing stock checks and re-ordering standard parts and consumables
- Coordinating logistics for packing and shipping of parts / equipment
- Labeling materials received as per standard work instructions and GR in SAP
- Performing put away of stock using appropriate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet trolleys, etc)
- Creating new storage locations / cages / stillages and bins for each project
- Managing store capacity by consolidating stock, emptying cages / stillages, escalating capacity issues to supervisor
- Conducting weekly stock check of standard parts and consumables and prepare weekly order
- Preparing and packing materials for shipment, coordinating collection by raising requests with standard logistic providers
- Collecting and delivering urgent materials to suppliers / customers using Bosch vehicles as needed.
