In taking on this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice and HR administrative support to Bosch People Leaders and Associates. As a hands-on HR generalist, you will contribute to our success in a broad range of activities, including talent management & development, organisation change, process automation and policy and procedure advising. This role is full-time, maximum term opportunity with a minimum of 4 days a week on-site at our Australian headquarters in Clayton, Melbourne.
Position responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end HR support for Bosch Australia People Leaders and Associates
- Delivering a range of efficient and effective HR administrative services
- Advising and coaching to deliver best practice HR Services
- Upskilling managers on learning, intervention, and development activities
- Coordinate career development activities in accordance with the HR calendar (e.g. succession planning, individual career development discussions, and specific training programs)
- Plenty of opportunities to participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Some recruitment activities for key client group management roles
