As a Production General Hand, you will ensure the efficient production of quality signage products ensuring our customer orders are completed on time delivering a WOW service.

The successful individual will be responsible for;

• Operation of machinery across the signage production department including Zund Cutting Table ;
• Perform quality control checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintaining constant and clear communication with Production Coordinator, Team Leader and other team members to make sure commitments and targets are met within deadlines.

About the role

Work as part of the Warehouse & Fulfilment team at our Seaford Warehouse, you’ll report to the Warehouse floor Manager and work closely with the rest of the warehouse floor team based at the same location, your role centres on:

• Picking and packing orders, receiving stock and organising deliveries for easy future dispatch
• Assist with manual loading and unloading
• Keeping the workplace tidy and organised
• Assisting with stocktakes

The Role

We are seeking a General Manager to join our Senior Leadership team here at EstimateOne. Our business spans three key audiences - Subcontractors (Subbies), Builders and Suppliers. This role would see you playing a pivotal role leading the Buillder audience.

As a General Manager leading the Builder stream, you will:

• Author, own and effectively communicate a documented Strategy that is compelling and aligned to the broader EstimateOne Strategy
• Have end-to-end segment accountability working with stakeholders to build a cohesive commercial strategy across Pricing, Experience, GTM, Support, Marketing & Sales that defines EstimateOne’s offering and value proposition in the market.
• Own and drive a cross-functional annual plan that drives high growth revenue performance from our 'Builder' audience stream - across acquisition, engagement, retention, service & effective monetisation.
• Drive network value across the business, by ensuring that the Strategy maximizes value and participation across other audience streams.
• Ensure a well designed Stream organisational unit: making quarterly capital allocation requests; deploying capital against the plan; and designing the organisational substructure, congruent with EstimateOne’s organisational design principles and driving alignment in teams.
• Ensure strong goals exist at all times for the Outcomes listed below, over multiple time horizons, congruent with the level of ambition of the organisation and the audience Strategy. You’ll ensure that actuals against such goals are reported accurately, clearly and timely to the wider organisation.
• Ensure that insights, feedback and market changes are well communicated back to the wider organisation.
• Collaborate with product teams and provide guidance on product roadmaps decisions to maximise GTM sequencing, impact and traction

Your Career 

The Professional Services Senior Manager (Project/Program Management)  will lead a team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Coordinators, including handling all deployment resources and ensuring that all deliverables are met and delivered on-time and under budget. This person will drive customer deployment projects including program, process initiatives, as well as partner with IT on systems and infrastructure processes. You will have direct responsibility on portfolio delivery efficiency, revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
