The role

We are seeking a passionate Junior Community Manager to oversee the B2C aspect of our Snooper App. Your role will involve expanding and managing our digital community of Snoopers globally to meet client objectives and collect real-time point-of-sale data. Key responsibilities include:

• Recruitment: Build and grow our Snoopers community in various markets (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, Korea). Implement and optimize paid advertising strategies and explore creative recruitment methods.
• Activation: Ensure maximum completion of client missions by leveraging notifications, direct mailing, and newsletters. Develop and execute a completion strategy daily.
• Engagement: Maintain community interest through contests, creative content, and active social media presence. Utilize platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and newsletters to boost engagement and reduce churn.
• Support: Provide exceptional user support by managing the customer service desk and implementing tools to minimize support requests.
• Analytics: Use data to track and improve community KPIs, enhance user activity, and refine recruitment efforts. Collaborate with the Product & Tech team to suggest features that positively impact community performance.

The purpose of this role

As the Digital Manager you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard on digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting and campaign performance.

You will ensure the performance of your client campaigns across paid search and ensure the investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them.

This role is a fixed term contract for a parental leave cover starting from January 2025 till May 2025.

Key responsibilities

• You will be accountable for campaign management, optimisation and analysis and work closely with our internal team, as well as the client to build out future-focussed testing and optimisation roadmaps.
• Paid search campaign management and comfortable working in-platform.
• You will have strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through paid search excellence.
• Oversee the execution and optimisation of paid search programs and campaigns.
• Assist the Search Director in managing client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights that go beyond just the numbers, alongside key actions.

Ideal skills & experience

• Experienced managing large client budgets and sophisticated paid search campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to concurrently manage a team and candidate task list.
• Strong experience across SA360, Google Ads & Bing Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and accountability for achieving performance targets.

The role reports directly to the Front Office Manager and to the Director of Operations your primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.

As Duty Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:
