The role
We are seeking a passionate Junior Community Manager to oversee the B2C aspect of our Snooper App. Your role will involve expanding and managing our digital community of Snoopers globally to meet client objectives and collect real-time point-of-sale data. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment: Build and grow our Snoopers community in various markets (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, Korea). Implement and optimize paid advertising strategies and explore creative recruitment methods.
- Activation: Ensure maximum completion of client missions by leveraging notifications, direct mailing, and newsletters. Develop and execute a completion strategy daily.
- Engagement: Maintain community interest through contests, creative content, and active social media presence. Utilize platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and newsletters to boost engagement and reduce churn.
- Support: Provide exceptional user support by managing the customer service desk and implementing tools to minimize support requests.
- Analytics: Use data to track and improve community KPIs, enhance user activity, and refine recruitment efforts. Collaborate with the Product & Tech team to suggest features that positively impact community performance.
