What Will You Do?

You will have oversight of all SIAM processes and will be required to work with key business stakeholders and IT Product Owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities in the delivery of IT Service Management. As part of our Australian Steel Products (ASP) business, you will identify, design and implement the remuneration and benefits programs for ASP to support the ongoing attraction and retention of talent that supports the continual success of our business.

This role will report to the GM People, ASP and will be part of the ASP People leadership team.

The Opportunity

You will lead the team that designs a fit for purpose, rewards and benefits program that compliments and supports the ASP and global remuneration strategy. This will include service awards, recognition, and governance.

You will work closely and develop meaningful relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams. Utilising your leadership and influencing ability, you’ll guide these stakeholders through strategic HR initiatives, the annual ASIR process and general reward frameworks and trends.

You will also contribute to the implementation of a new HRIS and related systems, ensuring remuneration aspects are actively represented with the user experience front of mind.
