• 8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting and auditing related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial experience.

• 5+ years of solid team management experience.

• Strong strategical-thinking skill, decisive and logical.

• Advanced Excel and data management skills are required.

• Knowledge of the Pronto ERP is highly desirable.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team with various growth and optimisation activities for key strategic partnerships (think the biggest names in financial services, energy, builders) to enable the continued success of Honey.

Key Aspects of the Role 

• Supporting with the optimisation of existing strategic partnerships and their respective customer experiences
• Reviewing sales data and assisting with the creation of strategies to improve the go-to-market approach in partner distribution channels.
• Engaging multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to manage their tactical and transactional requirements and any partner platform improvements, focussing on the client experience.
• Work closely with the Partnerships team to organise and attend strategic partner events, sponsorships, awards etc. 
• Provide regular updates and report on actual performance to plan and activity to improve conversion in partner channels (i.e. - optimisation).

The Role:

We are on the hunt for a customer experience focused, motivated, problem solver to join our fast-growing team. Reporting into the Claims Administrator - Team Leader, you will act as a second line of support for our external Call Centre, as a Claim Administrator.  The Claims Administration Team is responsible for all non-voice related customer resolutions, including client and customer escalations, case management, product replacement resolutions, and working with Manufacturers to seek alternative repair and replacement remedies.

This is a brand new role, with great growth potential and exposure to our clients, in addition to our nationwide Repair Networks and large Australian Manufacturers. 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and our office is located in Melbourne, Australia. You will be required to come into the office 0-3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our Customer Experience Team / Call Centre partner with Escalations and Approvals following our Business Rules and Authority Limits. Undertaking timely and accurate responses to escalated customer complaints and disputes.
• Provide regular updates on Case Management to stakeholders on open Service Requests within agreed Service Levels - working closely with Manufacturers and Authorised Repairers to obtain updates on repairs status, estimated time frames and parts availability.
• Work closely with Manufacturers to obtain replacement resolutions for faults that are deemed a Major Failure under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Maintain an email in-box for all client and customer escalations, and respond within agreed Service Levels.
• Processing of reimbursement payments for Consequential Loss and other Good Will compensation resolutions.

The Role:

As the Finance Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in financial reporting in large organisations or scale ups. You will be a strong technical accountant and always looking for areas to improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process, including preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant financial data and provide insights for management reporting.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial information and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory changes, ensuring the company's financial reporting practices remain in compliance.
• Ensure balance sheets are up to date and Ofload is ready for any auditing

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CA certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, preferably in larger organisations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with ERP systems
