Our Service Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.
As part of the Managed Services team, you’ll provide high quality, efficient support to our clients and their customers through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring. Following ITIL processes, you’ll identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.

Operating Hours
Our Service Desk is a 24/7 operation. These roles are for our day shift team- Monday to Sunday 6am to 8pm, to be successful for a Full-Time role you will need to have full availability to work across these hours on a rotating roster.

What do we look for in a Care Worker? 

• You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer. 

• You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.

The Solution Manager - ServiceNow is a key leadership position within the Technology team. The role is responsible for 

• creating the overall roadmap and shaping demand for enterprise platform consumption 

• Ensuring  platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians on scheduling and make outgoing calls to customers to promote our products and services.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

• Keeping the customer at the centre of your thinking by taking responsibility and ownership for customer satisfaction, loyalty and responding to customer queries related to their bookings in an effective manner.
• Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services

• Experience working in call centre or internal sales environments (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales
• Capable of working with multiple web-based data-bases and email programs. Experience in Microsoft suite is desirable.

• Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
