Snowsports Receptionist Snowsports | Winter Closing date: 07/04/2024 Thredbo is seeking a Receptionist to be the in-resort face of our Snowsports department. Based in the lobby area of our Thredboland facility, you’ll be the first point of contact for in-person guest enquiries and support the daily operations of our Children’s program offerings. You’ll maintain a strong level of knowledge about the resort to provide information to guests as required. The role assists both Snowsports Instructors and guests (children and parents) while following the guidance of the Snowsports Leadership Team. You’ll work particularly closely with Children’s Program Supervisors, the Thredboland Indoor Supervisor and administration staff. In particular, the Snowsports Receptionist will be a welcoming face for our Thredboland Facility, greeting families and checking in children who are participating in our programs. Previous work experience with children in childcare, teaching, summer camp or outdoor adventure program is desirable but not essential. Some understanding of the Snowsports environment and/or Flaik & RTP software is an advantage. Hold or eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children check.
