Key Purpose of the role
To manage and administer IP Enterprise, Data Centre & WIFI Technologies for BT and its Global customers.
Provide Level 3 technical support. Provide escalation support and liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate.

Your Responsibilities
• Form an integral part of 24*7 rota to provide in-life support
• Work on complex incidents, problems and changes within the Operational environment.
• Provide level 3 operational support and own the high priority incident while maintaining the agreed SLA.
• Be the technology SME for specialised product as per contract or business need
• Be the Contract SME obtaining full infrastructure, tools and process knowledge.
• Provide escalation support to team members including first and second line of defence.
• Root cause analysis and building PIR as and when required
• Provide consultancy and support in Vulnerability management, IOS upgrades and policy management.
• Ensure full awareness of the need to safeguard sensitive customer information at all times, so that customers perceive BT to be a trustworthy organisation.
• Configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Cisco Nexus (9k, 3k, 5k, etc.)

• Perform Checks on the quality of work done by project team on newly commissioned network nodes and responsible for its handover acknowledgement to operations team.

• Suggesting design improvements to Engineering team which could be beneficial for the network going forward
• Performing software upgrades of network elements
• Perform after hour support (rostered on call)
• Engage with equipment vendors for complex faults
• Maintain up to date information about configuration Items and their associations required to deliver telecommunications services.
• Develop good technical awareness of new product developments in emerging technologies.
• Manage own work effort effectively with minimum supervision.
• Work on own initiative, recommending and implementing improvements to the network.
• Mentoring and raising the technical skills of level 1 and 2 engineers
• Risk Analysis and Validate Changes to minimize the impact.

• Provide Root Cause Analysis for Low, Medium and High Severity Incidents and work with problem management team to close the identified gaps.
• Provide technical review of changes being implemented by the projects team.
• Responsible to document all Troubleshooting activities into the incident record/ticket.

• Further development of existing network infrastructure
• Provide a technical point of contact between user/IT groups to ensure effective support.

Leadership Skills Required

The technical skills needed;
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in operation and management of IP Enterprise, Data Centre and WiFi.

• Experience with syslog solution and SIEM solution (Splunk, Logrythym).
• Knowledge and experience of Cisco DNA Centre (DNAC) for Provisioning, Assurance and Automation services.
• Cisco Router & Switch experience with emphasis on IOS / CatOS, NxOS
OSI & TCP/IP Network protocol architecture, Layering benefits and concept, functions of different layers, switches and LAN design, VLAN’s, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VPC, Multichassis EtherChannel(MEC).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP.

About the Role

UGL are looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Head of Customer and Community to join our team.

Job Purpose

The Head of Customer & Community is responsible for the strategic development of UGL customer and stakeholder engagement experience and deliver the subject matter expertise in customer research initiatives in order to meet and exceed contract KPI’s.
Responsible for the leadership, strategy and analysis of the entire customer journey and customer touch points across the business in partnership with the leadership team as well as our joint venture partners to ensure ongoing improvement initiatives are developed.

Responsibilities

• Management and the development of the customer experience strategy and plan
• Delivery of CX strategy and plans
• Lead and support the transition and steady state business in accordance with the set plans
• Strategy development and reporting on all customer experience touchpoints and improvement strategies
• Improve the overall customer experience in all areas of the customer journey; services, brand, comfort, safety, information, feedback and monitoring and people engagement against contract KPI’s
• Responsible for the ongoing and multi-faceted customer research and feedback programs
• Direct liaison with external clients and key stakeholders on all customer and stakeholder engagement matters
• Lead innovative customer solutions in partnership with stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting with data-led insights and recommendations to improve initiatives
• Work with related industry bodies, regulators and government, providing leadership as appropriate

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the provision of customer information to a diverse audience using a variety of channels, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement effective marketing and communications plans, preferably in a public transport or tourism services environment.
• Detailed understanding of Australian public transport networks.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and experience in applying these to improving standards of customer experience and communication.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end production of communications content from concept to implementation, including planning and time management skills.

About the role
It is essential you have current certification with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Reporting to our Care Manager and our Facility Services Manager, as a Registered Nurse you will be required to:
Complete comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new & current residents
Provide Leadership and supervision to Nursing Assistants and Enrolled Nurses
Have sound knowledge and procedural responsibility in medication management, wound assessment
Work a range of day, evening and night shifts on a 14 day roster
You will be required to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & National Police Check
