Rope Access Technical Services Pty Ltd (RATS Pty Ltd) is a Western Australian owned and operated company that started in 2016 when the business amalgamated with its parent company Services (predominantly a mechanical & fabrication engineering business that started in 2011). We are currently looking for full-time Roof Plumber with minimum 2 years of experience. The salary offering will be $70,000-$85,000 annually.
The duties you will be performing:
- Review illustrations and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
- Select and install roof sheeting and wall cladding
- Construct and install roof drainage components and external flashings
- Install roof components, composite roof systems roof coverings to curved roof structures
- Repair isolation to roofs, corrugated roof sheeting to trusses and composite sheet roofing to outdoor living areas
- Erect steel framework for outdoor living areas
