We are looking for an awesome individual who is passionate about building high performance Digital Strategies. We are looking for a Creative and Strategic thinker who has experience in implementing Email and SMS to nurture and grow Direct to Consumer and eCommerce businesses.

  • A strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the ability to develop, execute, monitor and optimise email marketing strategies that target the entire customer lifecycle. This includes identifying key touchpoints, creating customer personas, and mapping out customer journeys.
  • Experience with marketing automation platform Klaviyo and Hubspot, and the ability to set up and execute campaigns that engage customers throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage the full copywriting, design and development process for all digital asset creation. 
  • Implement UX techniques to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates across the marketing funnels.
  • Adept at wireframing using Figma, and building out creative sequences and offers to engage customers.
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations to adjust and improve strategy performance. 
  • Review analytics to identify areas of opportunity across the client campaigns. This includes familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, TripleWhale and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while managing client and team expectations and competing priorities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle stress and maintain a positive attitude while delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Highly experienced in Klaviyo with building out Campaigns and Flows for both Email and SMS.
  • Is confident in writing copy and thinking creatively.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the broader Performance Marketing landscape: Google Ads, META Ads suite, Programmatic, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, social atmosphere, and values frequent communication with team members. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with communicating via video calls, in-person meetings, and other remote communication tools.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage direct relationships with both internal team members and clients. This includes the ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, and video communication tools, and provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Lives & breathe digital marketing, and wants to learn quickly and towards being a world-class Digital Marketer.
  • Love working remotely, enjoying the benefits of working from home or while traveling!
