We are a 75 bed dementia friendly facility located in Glen Innes, 1 hour drive north from the NSW northern tableland town of Armidale. Roseneath is privately owned and operated by a Board of Directors who represent our shareholders. We have a team of supportive, registered staff who, along with our nursing assistants deliver first class care to our Respite and Permanent residents. About the role
It is essential you have current certification with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Reporting to our Care Manager and our Facility Services Manager, as a Registered Nurse you will be required to:
Complete comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new & current residents
Provide Leadership and supervision to Nursing Assistants and Enrolled Nurses
Have sound knowledge and procedural responsibility in medication management, wound assessment
Work a range of day, evening and night shifts on a 14 day roster
You will be required to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & National Police Check
