What do we look for in a Care Worker? 

• You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer. 

• You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.

• You don’t sweat the small stuff; sometimes your customer will be having a bad day or traffic delays you. You know not to take this personally and to shake it off before your next customer.

• You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday. No night or weekend work here.

Our Front Office team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service focused Guest Service Agent (GSA). As our newest GSA your role is to welcome our guests on arrival to ensure they enjoy their stay as you check them into or out of their villa. To set you up to succeed: Two weeks of structed training will be provided to you covering the tasks required on both the morning and afternoon shifts. You will also be assigned a buddy who will support you as you learn the system and resort features.

The role: Working on our busy reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests service needs, and complying with policies and procedures. You will listen to, and resolve guest's complaints or concerns, but there will always be a manager there to support you when required.

The hours: Full time on going casual role available working up to 38 hours a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.

Ideally you will be an Australian Citizen or Resident, as this is an on going role that may move into a permanent position we are not able to consider someone on a WHV.

The shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.

Rates: Mon-Fri $31.09, Sat $37.31, Sun $43.52

About the role
The National Manager, Service Delivery, Planning, and Coordination manages the Service Delivery relationship with Konica Minolta Customers. The role is responsible for ensuring high-level, consistent service delivery nationally, product reliability, and strong financial performance. The role provides leadership to our field service teams nationally. The role reviews and analyses the performance of our service teams using macro and micro data to ensure customer outcomes, profitability, and efficiency.

• Review and analyse financial data and provide input on improvement measures.
• Review and analyse service data to ensure compliance with company and customer KPIs, and identify and implement corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement the service strategy.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams across the regions to ensure the seamless delivery of service both during the installation and through the lifetime of the machine at the client site.
• Develop relationships with key KMI stakeholders and coordinate reporting and global strategy implementation.
• Review, analyse, and approve service pricing to ensure profitability.
• Outline policies and procedures for the service teams in the regions and oversee their adherence to the same.
• Set and review KPIs for State Service Delivery Managers to ensure target achievement.
• Engage with the regional services team to review and manage their progress against outlined targets.
