If you’re looking for a rewarding phone based sales position where you can close the sale on warm and hot leads by offering an exceptional customer experience, this could be the role for you.   

An exciting opportunity is now available to join our Residential Sales Team in providing high quality service to prospective new residents within our Residential Aged Care portfolio. 

Once new enquiries are first qualified and home tours have been completed by your colleagues, you will then become the point of contact for prospective customers and families approaching aged care for the first time.  This role will be responsible for ensuring our rooms are filled in accordance with budgetary expectations, maintaining high occupancy levels across your region. 

Your exceptional interpersonal skills together with your infectious positive energy, and innate ability to communicate with empathy and influence, will support your success in this integral role. You will be highly organised, and be comfortable and confident to have financial conversations and secure the commitment of prospective clients.  

Additionally, you will have; 

  • Recent demonstrated experience in a similar position where complex levels of advice have been offered 
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and administration skills 
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements and working with KPI’s  
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care industry, market trends and competitors - desirable  
  • Ability to take notes whilst talking on the phone and summarise conversations 
  • Computer literacy with MS Office, MS Teams and CRMs 
  • Ability to provide evidence of Covid Immunisation
