• Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams, providing feedback and insights to help drive product and service improvements.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer success or professional, client-focused account servicing role, preferably within a SaaS business.
• Skills:
• Outstanding execution and product demonstration abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience providing Zoom training sessions to customers with a broad range of technical aptitudes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer success metrics, and the ability to analyse and interpret data to drive action.
• Software Experience: Experience with CRM and customer engagement software (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, ChurnZero).
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with timesheet, payroll, or accounting software is a bonus.

Fostering a flexible, supported, and empowered team culture, the Team Leader for the Psychological Treatment Services in Residential Aged Care Facilities within the new MHAODSP program will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services.

The role includes providing clinical and operational support within Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) for psychological treatment services, maintaining a small client caseload, overseeing the quality of client files and data, and ensuring program KPIs are met.  The Team Leader will also manage stakeholder relationships, co-design supports with community stakeholders, and develop operational systems and protocols. About the role
The National Manager, Service Delivery, Planning, and Coordination manages the Service Delivery relationship with Konica Minolta Customers. The Brand Manager for Dry Eye and Ocular Health has responsibility for the successful execution of approved marketing plans and through this, the achievement of sales and market share goals for the Dry Eye portfolio.

• Monthly review of expenditure reporting and expense management of the product portfolio. 

• Monthly review of materials management forecasts to ensure appropriate inventory management to facilitate customer supply whilst ensuring appropriate financial management.

• Management of a cross functional team to ensure execution of brand initiatives, response to customer needs and communication of needs for the brand across the organisation. 

• Management of the day to day activities of the product portfolio including efficient and effective response to internal and external customer needs and to the needs of suppliers.

Education
