Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring optimal workflow and timely completion of service and repair tasks.
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize resource allocation and achieve departmental goals.
• Utilize technical expertise to assist technicians in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ensure customers receive the best quality service.
• Ensure the vehicle has been repaired and/or serviced in accordance with the customer's instructions and manufacturer's guidelines
Requirements:
• Proven experience in automotive • service management• or a similar leadership role.
• Strong • Technical background• with a thorough understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
