The business is looking for a full-time Cleaners, Receptionist, Car detailer, Accountant / office manager, Security Officers and Guards nec and Pest Control Technician to join our friendly team. All the position requires minimum 2 years of experience and annual salary is between $65,000 to $80,000. The salary will vary as per the candidates exp & occupation.

Duties for Cleaner

Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces; Selecting and utilising appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains from surfaces; Applying soil-repellent chemicals and deodorisers to surfaces to remove odours; Reordering cleaning supplies as needed;
The duties of receptionist is listed as follows:

Greeting visitors. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Transferring calls as necessary. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
Duties for Car dealers

Managing inventory, providing customer service, assisting with financing options, and handling trade-ins. conduct vehicle demonstrations, maintain compliance with regulations, and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers. Additionally, effective communication skills are essential for negotiating sales and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

Duties for accountant & Office Manager

Preparing and analysing financial statements, managing budgets, and overseeing tax compliance. maintain financial ledgers, perform audits, and provide insights into financial performance to help guide business decisions. Additionally, ensure adherence to regulations and standards, and may offer advice on cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Duties for Office Manager are to overseeing administrative staff, managing office supplies and resources, coordinating communication within the team, and maintaining organization of records and documents. handle scheduling, support budgeting and financial tasks, and implement office policies and procedures.

Duties for Security Officers and Guards nec

Maintaining a safe environment by monitoring premises, preventing theft, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Patrolling assigned areas, checking identification, responding to incidents, and reporting suspicious activities. enforce rules and regulations, assist in emergencies, and may provide customer service to enhance safety awareness among staff and visitors. Strong observational skills and quick decision-making abilities are essential for this role.

Duties for Pest control technicians

inspecting areas for signs of pests, applying treatments and pesticides, educating clients on prevention methods, and maintaining detailed records of services performed. ensure compliance with safety regulations and may provide recommendations for structural repairs to minimize future infestations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential in this role.
