About the Role The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for first line support and advice to internal and external stakeholders in a HR Generalist capacity. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
Provide accurate and relevant HR advice and assistance to employees and managers as per the relevant enterprise agreement
Provide coaching and advice on first level workplace staffing issues with the support of the Senior HR Business Partner
Review and approve contract requests and amendments with the relevant HR Administrator
Assist with complex Payroll and Workday matters
Your Contribution
HR Qualification, graduate or post graduate or equivalent
Demonstrated Generalist HR experience
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and contract management
Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment
Strong ability to liaise and build relationships with various stakeholders
Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday highly desirable)
Ability to assist with development and updating of policies and procedures

To support these functions, the Department consists of teams which include a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Advisor and HR Administrator.
