HR Advisor (Employee Relations)

Atlam Group

The ideal candidate will have:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or related field.
3-5 years demonstrated experience in a similar HR advisory role with a strong focus on ER and IR.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial awards, and Fair Work regulations.
Previous Workday experience highly desirable
Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Enjoys working as part of a team environment that values collaboration.
