Reporting and working closely with the P&C Director, you will partner with senior stakeholders ensuring that best practice HR solutions are provided and delivered across the whole employee life cycle. You will build strong stakeholder management relationships with the senior leadership team, providing close counsel and support.
Key Responsibilities
In partnership with the wider P&C team, you will develop and deliver HR operational and strategic initiatives across the business.
You will provide high quality and effective HR solutions whilst delivering value added service to senior leaders with a particular focus on leadership development and performance improvement.
Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with legislation.
