This position is responsible for assisting in the management of all Recruitment, Talent, Training and Development activities at Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. With a diverse group of 300 employees, this integral role is involved in:
- Oversee frontline recruitment, ensuring requisitions are completed.
- Prepare and distribute employee documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support employee development by prompting and tracking performance reviews, training attendance and coordinating exit interviews.
- Ensure individual team member files are maintained and regularly updated, tracking data for accuracy and reporting purposes.
- Build communication strategy to ensure culture and engagement message is well received throughout the hotels and wider community.
- Coordinate with the business to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Ensure that the onboarding experience is prioritized and contributes to driving retention.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract to January 2025 for parental-leave cover.
