Role Overview: Our esteemed client is actively searching for a seasoned Talent Programs Consultant to enhance their team. This pivotal role is central to the organization's ongoing transformation, focusing on career management, talent review, succession planning, and the application of data analytics to refine their talent ecosystem. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in advancing strategic objectives, ensuring talent management practices are at the forefront of innovation and effectiveness. Location: The role is based in offices located along the Islington Subway line, with an upcoming relocation to Etobicoke. It features a hybrid ( 2 days a week onsite) work model, offering a blend of onsite and remote work flexibility. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive career development programs that promote a culture of continuous learning.
