About the Role
As an implementation specialist you will be working on the development requirement of Department of Education and Training Victoria. You will play a key role in working on the resolution of the Support ticket raised by School, participating in a requirement gathering workshop and providing estimate to complete minor or major enhancement. You will also be working across all Education products and provide solution to the different customer on need basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Continually manage development requirement of Department of Education and training Victoria.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshop and provide estimation to the requirement via establish process.
- Complying with the Department of Education and Training Victoria process and policies.
- Discuss with the client regarding suitability of the requirement to their future needs and advise appropriate solutions.
- Investigate and resolve the tickets raised by DET VIC to support their school.
- Actively participate in DET VIC forums and team meetings
- Developing test cases and unit testing
Ideally you will
- Experience managing existing customer relationships
- In depth knowledge SQL Server, Database management and TSQL.
- Knowledge of visual basic or C, C++, or C#
- Able to work well to meet, and even exceed, KPIs
- Technical expertise working with the education products
- Able to manage and maintain pipeline and opportunities within DET VIC systems
- Ability to learn new language (Desirable CARL language)
- Skills in procedural programming language
- Able to take responsibility for customer needs and satisfaction
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong gravitas with liaising with internal and external stakeholders
