What you’ll do

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience working on volume recruitment campaigns and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate/employee experience. You enjoy engaging with candidates, sharing our strategic vision and finding exceptional talent so we can ‘Go further. Together.’  

You will ideally be able to start immediately and be based in Sydney but we are open to interstate applicants.

  • Candidate phone interviewing, interview booking, initiating background checks and coordinating offer processes. 

  • Deliver accurate and timely recruitment information, support, feedback and advice to management. 

  • Communicate our NRMA Group purpose and EVP. Our Playbook values will be your guiding principles— Walk in your shoes, Time is precious, Think one step ahead, Keep you safe and Carry you when you need help. 


What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in an internal or agency talent acquisition position (at least 1-2 years) with volume recruitment experience being highly desirable. 

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders 

  • A go-getter who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment  

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
