As our full-time Talent & Culture Administrator, you will report to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, and be responsible for assisting the Talent & Culture department by:
- Supporting administrative functions across all aspects of the department and company software programs, including but not limited to visa checks, invoicing, managing employee files, contract generation, recruitment and policies
- Ensuring compliance with regards to employee qualifications and maintenance of employee files
- Administering employee reward and recognition programs
- Supporting team members' welfare, and contributing to a positive culture within the hotel
