Talent & Culture Administrator

As our full-time Talent & Culture Administrator, you will report to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, and be responsible for assisting the Talent & Culture department by:

  • Supporting administrative functions across all aspects of the department and company software programs, including but not limited to visa checks, invoicing, managing employee files, contract generation, recruitment and policies
  • Ensuring compliance with regards to employee qualifications and maintenance of employee files
  • Administering employee reward and recognition programs
  • Supporting team members' welfare, and contributing to a positive culture within the hotel
