We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Mindera. As a Business Analyst in our Fashion Tech division, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and innovation within the fashion industry.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will conduct analysis, identify potential pain points, and propose optimized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead high-level analysis activities across multiple workstreams.
- Analyse and define requirements for end-to-end digital eCommerce journeys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and document business requirements.
- Provide expertise in defining and refining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed business requirements for commerce platform, web, and mobile apps.
- Define and implement BA methodologies and best practices tailored to replatforming program needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: project managers, developers, product owners, and business leaders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders for alignment on project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify potential risks and issues related to the program.
- Perform data analysis, modelling, and validation to support decision-making processes.
- Work with senior (Head of & C Level) stakeholders and their teams to help define a clear roadmap for digital products.
- Proven experience leading Business Analysis or large programmes in the fashion or retail industry.
- Proven experience working across timezones with remote teams, ideally in a ‘follow the sun’ model.
- Deep understanding of fashion industry trends, customer behaviour, and digital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, web, and mobile app technologies.
- Experience working in, and driving highly lean & agile behaviours.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align business analysis efforts with overarching organisational goals.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
