AGA offers a complete apprenticeship service to both the apprentice/trainee and the employer.About the role:AGA is currently seeking a GTO Field Operation Support Officer to join the Administration team, based at the Deer Park office. The successful candidate will report to the GTO Administration Team Leader, and will be primarily responsible in providing support to the GTO Field Officers. The Field Operation Support Officer will complete data entry, apprentice record management, filling and ordering of equipment as requested by Field Officers.This full-time position involves various administrative tasks within the role, contributing to essential administrative functions while upholding the utmost confidentiality and privacy of client data and records. About you:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate, high level computer skills and broad experience across a number of applicationsAbility to work with a range of people and to respond to inquiries promptlyStrong attention to detailStrong time management and organisational skillsPrevious administration experience required Understanding of Group Training desired, not essentialUnderstanding and demonstration of a proactive approach to safety within their workplaceApplicants must be eligible to work in Australia. Current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant.What you will do:Maintain and manage database, ensuring entries are accurate and up to date.Liaise with Field Officers supporting by preparing documentation, data entry, maintaining apprentice/trainee files.Run regular reports for the GTO Administration Team Leader in relation to unplaced apprentices, unsuccessful completions and assist in the compilation of monthly data related to GTO and Field Officer performance.Field queries from apprentices, host employers and other stakeholders, providing accurate and helpful information on AGA’s employment and training services.Ordering Personal Protective Equipment for all apprentices in their region and arrange delivery or pick up for apprentices.Coordinate the onboarding and inductions for apprentices and trainees.Ensure safe office work practices are carried out within their workplace.Provide such other administrative services to the GTO as requested from time to time by the GTO Administration Team Leader and/or GTO Manager.
