They are a part of a global organisation which is looking to grow further both in Australia and Overseas. They are now looking to bring on board a IT Support Officer L1 and L2 to join the team and further advance the service engagement throughout the business. The Role: A IT Support Officer L1 and L2 is required to join this progressive company to help manage technical infrastructure and provide services in support to the various business groups in accordance with the values and strategic objectives. Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure components at level 1 and 2 with adherence to industry best practice and relevant regulatory guidelines. Administer Microsoft O365 services. Support and administer Windows Server, Virtualisation and Backup environments. Administer Active Directory and Azure AD. Help maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans. Experience Required Experience with Windows Operating Environment (Windows 7, 10, Server 2012, 2016) and Microsoft O365 Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, including Microsoft O365, Exchange Online & SharePoint. Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, Active Directory, SCCM. Working knowledge of Virtualisation either via VMware or equivalent plus expert experience in managing and maintaining Windows-based server environments, including hybrid VM and Azure infrastructure.
