The role:

As part of the role, you will be responsible for providing local end user support for the customers' technology environment which encompasses a combination of Microsoft Windows 10 Workstations, Apple Mac Devices, Chromebooks, Meeting Room Technology and Mobile Devices running both Android and iOS.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise your skills and passion for technology to solve technical issues on Windows, Apple Mac, Chromebooks, Android and iOS based devices supporting the operating systems, hardware and client side applications on these devices. Whilst we understand that you may not have had experience with all platforms, the successful candidate will be a fast learner who enjoys expanding their knowledge;
• Travel from site to site based on the schedule;
• Provide end users with training on how to better use their devices and assist them to learn something new;
• Be personable with end users developing a friendly bond with customers;
• Collaborate with your fellow colleagues to determine any processes which need improvement or can be handled more efficiently;

The purpose of the roles is to help deliver the strategic agenda for FR&A. This will involve delivering value-adding, insightful reporting and analysis to the Board, CEO, CFO, ELT, Executive General Manager Group Finance, and Group Treasurer, Investment bank, relating to the strategic direction and performance of the Group.

Your responsibilities are varied, ranging from being the key business partner in Group Finance for selected Business Units and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring the successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the monthly financial dashboards, quarterly trading updates, and semi-annual results for the Profit Announcements, to providing ad-hoc value-add analysis to FR&A’s key stakeholders.

Key duties could include:

• Successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the Group's monthly “flash” result to the CEO and CFO

• Successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the monthly financial dashboards to the Executive Leadership Team, CEO and the Board

• Assist in the preparation of external results reporting on the investment portfolio and preparation of Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly Business Review memos.

• Ad hoc analysis of the project delivery workforce and allocation of funding with focus on optimisation

• To provide independent review of strategic equity investments and transactions and advice to the Group CFO

• Engage and partner with stakeholders across various parts of the Group.

We are seeking a Senior Security Analyst to Manage the IT security systems, components, and processes which proactively protect the integrity, confidentially and availability of corporate business Information. Responsibilities

• Examine and respond to reported security incidents and phishing attempts, determining the root cause, and escalating as needed.
• Manage and track remediation activities discovered through vulnerability management and scanning tools.  Ensure vulnerability management policy is followed.
• Become subject matter expert (SME) and make recommendations for improvements in security monitoring and compliance tools such as SIEM, Scanning Tools, Firewalls, Microsoft E5 Security Suite, etc.
• Develop and deploy pragmatic solutions, practices, and procedures to ensure Dynatrace meets internal and customer security requirements.

• Obtain 100% compliance with IT security awareness policy both annually and for new hire training within the specified training windows.
• Maintain SOC2 Type 2 attestation on an annual basis, pursue and facilitate additional certifications as required by business (FedRAMP, ISO 27002:2013, etc.).
• Review Dynatrace vendor’s security posture to ensure they meet Dynatrace requirements.
• Work with third-party security vendor, ensure they have high quality responses and review all RFI responses for accuracy.  Ensure security controls and question bank are updated and accurate.
