THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Operations Support Officer to join the team on a Full Time basis across Sunday to Thursday Reporting to the Operations Manager, actively support the Operations Support Officer – Manning and Compliance, assisting with the delivery of daily manning compliance and Key People Strategies, including limited on call duties and designated contact for crewing enquires.

What You'll Do

We currently have a 12-month maximum term parental leave cover opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant/Operations Support to provide a high level of support to the CEO at NRMA Energy.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for calendar, email, travel, and expense management as well as driving operational excellent across the business. • Read and share EV news ensuring team is across National news items pertaining to EV
• Manage access, logistics and maintenance 3x branded vehicles

About the Opportunity

• Work with customers via telephone, email, WebEx or Teams session
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customers within SLA
• Document action plan and progress in case tracking systems

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Communications, the role supports Djirra’s marketing and communications and engagement activities and projects, and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of communications.
