We are currently sourcing a Senior Manager, General Advice Delivery to join our Financial Wellbeing team at AIA in Melbourne. To be successful you will:

• Have demonstrated experience developing and working in a similar Direct Life or General advice team

• RG146 qualified

• Strong Retail insurance and Underwriting competence would be advantageous

• Exceptional customer engagement skills and the ability to implement change

• Solid understanding of industry, regulatory and competitor issues as relevant to interests and outcomes for customers within Financial Services or Insurance
